De aankomende anime-aanpassing van de Let’s Play Webcomic heeft een hoofdtrailer en een hoofdvisual ontvangen.
Er werd ook aangekondigd dat:
• Let’s Play zal in première op 1 oktober.
• Toshinobu Kubota is de opening (“1, 2, play”) en eindigt themalied (“Left & Right”) artiest. Sakura , Yoko Hikasa , Hiroshi Watanabe , Kengo tsujii , en meer.
The Let’s Play Webcomic by Leeanne M. Krecic begon in 2016 op webtoon en ran voor drie”seizoenen”daar. In 2022, Krecic announced that there will be not be a fourth season on WEBTOON due to various difficulties with the platform.
Crunchyroll will stream the anime, and describes the premise as:
Samara”Sam”Young is een ontwikkelaar in Los Angeles, die op het punt staat haar dromen te verwezenlijken met haar eerste videogame, herkauwen. Dat wil zeggen, totdat een populaire streamer het spel een vernietigende beoordeling geeft. Erger nog, Sam ontdekt dat de lastige criticus nu haar nieuwe buurman is! Verdwaal in een komisch, romantisch en maar al te echt verhaal over gaming, memes en sociale angst. Come for the plot, stay for the doggo.
