Mobile, PC game delayed from winter
Sega announced on Tuesday that it will release Sonic Rumble, the battle royale mobile game for the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, for iOS, Android, and PC via Steam on May 8. Update: Sega streamed an announcement date trailer:

De game bevat 32-player Battle Royale-uitdagingen. Spelers besturen speelgoedversies van personages uit de hele franchise. Er zullen ook maatwerk en avatars zijn.
Sega en Rovio (Angry Birds) werken samen aan de titel. Sonic had onlangs een samenwerking in de Angry Birds-spellen.
Het Sonic X Shadow Generations-spel gelanceerd op 25 oktober voor PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch en PC via Steam en de Epic Games Store.
Netflix added Sega’s Sonic Mania Plus game on iOS and Android devices through the Netflix Games service in May 2024.
Sega released Sonic Superstars for PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC in October 2023. The game hearkens to classic 2D platforming games in the series, and features Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Rose as speelbare personages. De game heeft zowel een Single Player-modus als een coöperatieve modus voor maximaal vier spelers.
