A new teaser trailer for Re:Zero-Starting Life in Another World- season 4 was revealed during Crunchyroll’s Industry Panel at Anime Expo 2025.
Alongside the trailer, the anime’s official X account released the third teaser visual for the upcoming season with the tagline: “Run through despair.”

The official plot of Re:Zero Season 4 is described as follows –
Even after securing a hard-fought victory in the deadly battle in the Water Gate City普里斯特拉（Pristella），斯巴魯（Subaru）和他的盟友付出的價格是巨大的。雷姆由於“暴食”的權威而睡著了，克魯斯的記憶被盜了，朱利葉斯被剝奪了他的名字。
