Acompanhamento do remake do primeiro jogo com lançamento previsto para setembro de 2026

Nihon Falcom publicou na quarta-feira seu relatório financeiro para o ano fiscal que termina em setembro de 2025, e o relatório dizia que A empresa lançará Sora no Kiseki the 2nd, um remake do jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC, durante o ano fiscal que termina em setembro de 2026. Sora no Kiseki the 2nd seria uma continuação do Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter (Sora no Kiseki the 1st), o remake do jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky.
Nihon Falcom lançou o jogo original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC, a continuação de The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, no PC em 2006, e depois no PlayStation Portable em 2007, e no PlayStation 3 em 2013. A XSEED Games lançou o jogo em inglês no PSP em outubro de 2015. A Nihon Falcom lançou uma remasterização do jogo intitulada The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC Evolution no Japão em dezembro de 2015.
O remake do Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter foi lançado simultaneamente em todo o mundo em setembro. 19 para Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5 e PC via Steam.
A versão original de The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky estreou no Japão para PC em 2004. O jogo posteriormente recebeu lançamentos para PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3 e PlayStation Vita.
A XSEED Games localizou e lançou The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky em 2011 para PlayStation Portable. O jogo inspirou o anime The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky em 2011.
A NIS America lançou o jogo The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II (The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II-CRIMSON SiN-) para Switch, PS4, PS5 e PC via Steam, Epic Games Store e GOG em inglês em 14 de fevereiro. e PS5 no Japão em setembro de 2022. O jogo estreou para Switch no Japão com o título The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II para Nintendo Switch em julho de 2024.
